Access the library by clicking Library in the top navigation bar.

The library contains the following sections:

• Packages — manage NuGet deployment packages
• Certificates — manage SSL/TLS certificates for IIS bindings
• Progressions — define deployment pipelines with ordered phases and environment mappings
